Description

Abell 78 is a planetary nebula in Cygnus. It has a faint outer halo of mostly Hydrogen  and a bright inner elliptical rind of mostly helium.
The diameter of Abell 78 is about 2,8 Lj and he is in a distance of  5000 Lj. This results in a visual diameter of  ar. 2 arcmin.
